Product Manager
Product Manager is responsible for generating interesting, answering customer enquiries, helping customer select the right product for their requirement, and quoting and selling SMB products and offerings. A product manager will work closely with our sales team and pre-sales engineers to help select the best solution for our customer.
Product Manager is expected to:
- Familiarize him/herself with all the product offerings from QDS
- Understand customers requirements
- Ability to help customer selected the right product for their requirements
- Follow up with customer enquiries and provide customer with product/solution quotations
- Market the SMB products through appropriate channels
- Update company website SMB product content
To be a good Product Manager, you need to:
- Have thorough knowledge of technologies and features relating to the products
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen listener who strive to understand customer’s needs
- Be energetic and passionate about the products and offerings
- A creative thinker who can help match customer’s requirements with the right product
Marketing Assistant
- Communicate with sales team and product manager to collect sales and product information and data.
- Analyze collected data and import data into database and/or company website.
- Help draft monthly partners e-newsletter.
- Help co-ordinate product seminars, workshop and conferences.
- Handle correspondence and ad hoc assignments independently and professionally.
Sales Executive
- F. 7 or above with at least 2-yr sales experience in computer products.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and CAD drawing an advantage
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- Knowledge of PC applications such as Windows, MS Excel & Word is necessary.
- Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Sales & Marketing Support
- F. 5 or above with at least 2-yr working experience preferable in computer products.
- To support sales & marketing team in sales activities and product promotion.
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- Excellent communication skill.
- Knowledge of PC applications such as Windows, MS Excel & Word is necessary.
- Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Sales Engineer
- T.I. / T.C. / Polytechnic gradute in Electronic field or related.
- Minimun 2-yr working experince in Network Equipment.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and CAD drawing preferred.
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- Excellent communication skill.
- Knowledge of PC applications such as Windows, MS Excel & Word is necessary.
- Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Technician
- T.I. / Polytechnic graduate in Electronic field or related with at least 2-yr workin experience.
- Responsible for product testing, equipment installation, repair & maintenance.
- Knowledge of PC applications preferable with LAN or Network experience.
- Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Assistant to the General Manager
- Knowledge of routine office work.
- Good PC knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin an advantage.
- Excellent communication skill and logical minded.
- Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently.
